EVERETT, Wash. - Downtown Everett has a new spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks with the opening of The Alley Lounge on Hewitt Avenue, My Everett News reports.

The restaurant sits at 1709 Hewitt Ave, a space that has previously housed Catalyst Cafe, Sidekicks Grill and Lounge, JayRay's Grill and Lounge, and the Sports Center Cafe. Owner Hector Lizarraga, who also owns Tacos and Beer on Hewitt, has significantly improved the space inside and out, according to My Everett News.

"Delicious food, great cocktails, and a clean, welcoming space where you can relax, gather, and make good memories, that's what we're here for," the restaurant says of its offerings.

The breakfast menu ranges from $13 to $24 and includes breakfast sandwiches, a "hangover" burger, eggs Benedict, omelets, chicken and waffles, pancakes, and steak and eggs.

Dinner starters include clams and mussels, spicy calamari, clam chowder, hot wings and garlic fries, with main dishes such as salmon, steaks, lamb shank, garlic chicken, burgers, a salmon sub and a chicken sandwich running $18 to $30, per My Everett News.

The location is so new that few reviews are available yet, though early write-ups have been positive. The restaurant can be reached at 425-595-6763.
