Everett Real Estate Broker to Star in New Lifestyle and Real Estate Series

An Everett-based real estate professional and two-time recipient of the Best of Snohomish County award will soon appear on national television as the lead host of a new lifestyle and real estate program called *The American Dream TV*.

Kim Pelham, principal of The Pelham Group NW, will anchor the Snohomish County edition of the show, which will spotlight local businesses, organizations, and individuals through a series of short features.

“It’s exciting,” Pelham said in an interview last week. “This gives us a chance to highlight the many positive developments unfolding across our communities and let a broader audience see what makes this region special.”

Pelham has operated as a licensed broker in Snohomish County since 2015, taking on roles that include in-house home staging and guiding older adults through downsizing and relocation. Readers of a regional daily newspaper selected her as top real estate agent in both 2023 and 2024.

Her work has taken her from the foothills near Darrington to the urban centers of Everett and beyond, giving her a broad understanding of the county’s diverse neighborhoods. She intends to leverage that local knowledge in her television role.

“I’m constantly moving around the county,” Pelham noted. “That exposure helps me connect with a wide range of locations and understand the unique character of each area.”

Production for the initial slate of segments is scheduled to begin this October. Pelham’s team is inviting community members to submit suggestions for feature subjects via the company’s website. Proposals can focus on cherished local spots, unconventional businesses, little-known facts about the area, or homes with distinctive histories, even those not currently on the market.

Her debut guest feature is set to highlight *100+ Women Who Care About Snohomish County*, a volunteer group that convenes quarterly to pool donations and select a local nonprofit to support. Each participant contributes $100 per meeting, and collective giving has surpassed $500,000 since the local chapter launched six years ago, according to earlier reporting.

*The American Dream TV* will be available across several major platforms, including HGTV, The Travel Channel, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Movies, Tubi, and streaming devices such as Amazon Fire and Roku. The series has earned recognition including an Emmy nomination and a Telly Award for excellence in programming.
