The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office is seeking community assistance in locating a 35-year-old man who vanished after riding a borrowed motorcycle toward the Elwha River in mid-November 2025.

Loren T. Ciceri was last confirmed in the Elwha River Road corridor, officials confirmed.

His known journey began on the evening of November 18, when he took a motorcycle from a acquaintance. His goal was to ride to a riverside access point just below the Elwha River Bridge, accessible via Crown Z Water Road, to connect with a companion.

According to authorities, his projected path took him west on West Edgewood Drive, south on Laird Road, west on Elwha River Road, and finally north onto Crown Z Water Road. Despite expectations, the individual he was meeting reported that Ciceri did not make the rendezvous.

The following afternoon—November 19—residents noted the motorcycle left unattended in the 1700 block of Elwha River Road, just short of his intended endpoint. Belongings found beside the bike included a backpack and helmet.

Local residents recalled spotting a man, thought to be Ciceri, tending to the motorcycle. When it was later collected, investigators determined the vehicle had a mechanical issue, though the timing of that discovery and recovery remains unspecified. Officials have not detailed the investigative measures pursued since his disappearance.

Ciceri is white, stands 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs around 115 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes, and a missing upper incisor tooth.

At the time of his outing, he wore dark attire: black Carhartt pants, a dark jacket, and black Hardy gloves.

He has lived intermittently in the Port Angeles region over the last two years.

Sheriffs encourage anyone with information—or who may have spotted him in the Elwha River Road or Crown Z Water Road areas on or after November 18, 2025—to call 360-417-2459.
